Our recruiting process
The review: we look at all applications we receive and apply a criteria to our selection process
Getting to know you: the next stage is a video introductory call to see whether were the right fit for each other. We want you to get to know us, as much as we want to get to know you.
The serious bit: Next up is a presentation, written test and panel interview. We will ask you questions to assess your capability and skills. You'll have a chance to ask us questions too.
The standard stuff: Well ask for at least two references, one of which should be from your current or most recent employer.
The best bit: Well make an offer to the person we think will be the best fit for the role.
