Sophie Hogan

Sophie joined Hawthorn as a Digital Analyst following a successful internship in October 2024. She supports a wide range of clients by providing research, analysis and communications across digital channels.

Before Hawthorn, Sophie oversaw digital communications for a Labour Party candidate, aiding his winning campaign during the recent General Election. She holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Durham University, spending a year studying European literature at Charles University in Prague.

Sophie grew up in Singapore and loves cold water swimming, live music and trying out new recipes.

Jasper Rosenau

Head of Digital (Maternity Cover)

Jasper is a digital and social specialist who oversees the integration of innovative digital strategies for clients. His expertise covers content strategy, social media, and digital transformation, all delivered with a unique blend of creativity and analytics.

 Jasper has worked across a wide range of sectors including financial services, technology, FMCG, healthcare, and energy. He has a track record of developing campaigns that translate complex ideas into compelling narratives and helping organisations connect with their audiences in meaningful ways and is passionate about using AI and data-driven insights to craft strategies that align with broader business goals while fostering innovation and continuous growth within teams.

Before joining Hawthorn, Jasper held leadership roles at global agencies including H+K Strategies, working on clients including HSBC, Intel, Dell, Volvo, and Qualcomm. He has also worked with senior stakeholders, advising on digital transformation and executive communication strategies.

 When not working Jasper enjoys escaping London with his family for countryside adventures, collecting vintage Casio watches and getting his hands on the latest new gadgets.

Salonee Gadgil-Wilson

Salonee Gadgil is Director of Digital at Hawthorn. She leads Hawthorn’s technical digital services, collaborating with clients to determine how their digital channels can best support their broader business objectives.

Salonee’s approach is equally rooted in creativity and analytics, with a strong emphasis on measuring the impact of creative content. Her academic background includes media studies, branding, and sociology. She began her career in copywriting and B2B publishing before transitioning to consultancy. Salonee has experience working across various sectors, including med-tech, financial services, energy, luxury services and media.

Before making her way into the world of corporate comms, Salonee also worked as a writer, with though-pieces published in New Statesman, Elle Magazine and Creative Review magazine.

Outside of work she plays piano (badly), enjoys dance and culinery experiments. Her real job though is being a fulltime parent to a big fluffy Bernese Mountain Dog called Chewbacca.

Campbell Findlay

Campbell Findlay is an Associate Director who works on a number of Hawthorn accounts advising on areas of strategic communications, reputation management and digital development.

Prior to joining Hawthorn, Campbell ran the national press office for Directors of Public Health during the pandemic and gained deep insight into the machinations of government over this time.

Throughout his career he has gained significant experience in the third sector and ESG as well as having worked as a freelance web developer and designer.

Campbell is a bagpiper, whisky connoisseur and lover of contemporary dance. He has made cocktails for the royal family and danced for the President of France.

Emily Fraser

Emily brings deep expertise in designing and executing multi-channel, integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results and enjoys working with teams of strategic, innovative thinkers. Knowing how powerful integrated strategies and techniques can transform a business to reach their communication goals, recently Emily has led on a global AI Accelerator, spearheading its integrated strategy at each phase of the campaign. She has led multi-channel campaigns for high-profile clients encompassing brand development, digital strategy and web projects.
